Paget disease - a simple diagnosis?Case reports

Is the diagnosis of Paget disease simple? The authors present four case reports to address the question. The case reports demonstrate the diversity of clinical and radiographic manifestations of the disease and the frequent need for confirma­ tion by biopsy as part of differential diagnosis, as seen in two of the patients.
